Q. How do I get around the store?
A.To shop our store with ease, simply use the navigation bars at the top each page. At the top right you will also find:: - My Account-shows your address and account info.

A. Ordering at electriSpa is fast and secure. Read on to learn more about our security guarantee. Just follow these five simple steps to place your order. To add an item to your shopping cart, click the Add to Basket button on any title's detail page. When you're finished shopping, click the shopping basket icon at the top-right corner of your screen. Next, click the Checkout button. Fill out the online order form and select a delivery service. press continue. Fill out the credit card information, press continue and your done! electricSpa will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next.

Q. How much does shipping cost?
A.We can't estimate shipping costs until you have add all items to your cart and you proceed to Checkout. The electricSpa shipping charges work like this:
- Shipping: All products from electricspa.com are shipped via United States Postal Service. You will be given your choice of delivery during checkout.
- Extra Charges: Due to the extreme weight of some items or the location they are being shipped from, additional charges may apply. These charges will be shown on the specific product's page.
- You will see you shipping charges before you enter your credit card. So you don't have to complete your order if you disagree with the shipping charges.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. There may be a delay if we are waiing on product from the manufacturer. If you select standard domestic delivery, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1 day + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive your shipment at your front door 4 to 8 days after you place your order. Q. How do I return something?
A. Return Policy: Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return any items that are unopened or in their original condition, with their original packaging and accessories. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from electricspa.com. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
To return merchandise e-mail us at info@electricspa.com. An electricspa.com customer service representative will issue a return approval and assist you with return shipping. Please keep the original packaging, receipt and accessories to return with the item.
We recommend that you use USPS Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Once you have approval, ship your items to:
